Using our store
You must be at least the age of majority in your country to purchase from us, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, or to transmit malicious code or interfere with the security of the site.
Products and pricing
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We work hard to display our products accurately, but colours and finishes may appear differently on different screens.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue a product at any time. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund you in full.
Where a product listing contains an obvious pricing or typographical error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you, even after the order is confirmed.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. We may ask you to supply additional information before accepting an order, and we may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. All transactions are processed over an encrypted connection; we do not store your full card details.
Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide, free of charge. Processing takes 2–6 business days, with delivery estimated at 2–6 business days within the United States and 14–21 business days internationally. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
Import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and customers in the European Union have an additional 14-day cooling off period. Approved returns are sent back with a prepaid label we provide, and refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Full details are on our Return Policy page.
Product safety
Our products are intended for household use and must be used in line with the instructions supplied. Electrical products should be used with the correct voltage for your country and never left unattended in a way the instructions advise against. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse or from use contrary to the supplied instructions.
Accuracy of information
The material on this site is provided for general information only. We do our best to keep it current, but we are not obliged to update it, and you should not rely on it as your only source of information for any decision.
Reviews and submissions
If you send us reviews, comments, photographs, or other submissions, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and publish them without restriction or compensation. You agree your submissions won't violate anyone else's rights and won't contain unlawful or abusive material. We may edit or remove any submission at our discretion.

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Except where prohibited by law, our liability arising from your use of the site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
