Free worldwide shipping
Every Zylon order ships free, anywhere we deliver. No minimum spend, no surprise fees at checkout. Every parcel is tracked from our warehouse to your door.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–6 business days. We don't process, ship, or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, processing can take a few days longer. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll email you — you won't have to chase us for an update.

These estimates start once your order has been processed and shipped, not from the moment you place it. International delivery times vary with customs clearance in the destination country. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking information can take 2–6 business days to start updating after dispatch — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders shipped outside our home country may attract import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total. Any duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping restrictions
Some items can't be sent to certain destinations because of size or customs rules on particular materials. If anything in your order is affected, we'll contact you before shipping.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll reship it to a corrected address at no extra cost to you.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't shown up well past the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and put it right — a replacement or a refund. You don't need to deal with the carrier yourself.
